The effect of plasma treatment process on the electrical conductivity and coating fastness of silver nanoparticles functionalized aramid fiber paper

In this study, electrically conductive meta-aramid fiber paper (MAFP) was prepared by combining low-temperature plasma treatment and electroless plating. The influence of various parameters including nozzle speed, cycle time height on the electrical conductivity, washing fastness bending silver-coated MAFP investigated. results show that etched surface increased oxygen content surface. optimal condition is: speed 1 m/min, 80%, 4–5 cm. resistance silver-plated pre-treated under reached as low 0.15 Ω/sq. addition, maintained high conductivity (sheet below 0.5 Ω/sq) after five cycles 1000 cycles.
